Drilling Rig Introduction:
The SW-3 drilling rig is mounted on trailer chassis with 6 wheels, hydraulic telescopic type drilling tower mounted on trailer chassis, it can realize rapid drilling. Realize the transition and installation of the drilling rig; greatly shorten the preparation time of the drilling rig and the auxiliary time for closing the work after completion. It also improves the working efficiency of drilling tool replacement and reduces the labor intensity of operators. It is the most user-friendly model among this type of drilling rig so far.
Hydraulic Drill Rig Main feature:
- The drilling rig adopts an automatic telescopic drilling tower, supported by two high-strength oil cylinders, and a set of hydraulic valves to control the pitching of the drilling tower. The operation saves time and effort, is safe and reliable, and creates maximum benefits for users.
- The drilling rig adopts a wheeled traveling chassis, equipped with a wheeled traveling mechanism and a hydraulic cylinder pillar, which is convenient for relocation of the whole machine and the horizontal adjustment of the drilling rig.
- It has a hydraulic feeding mechanism to improve drilling efficiency.
- The electric start diesel engine is used to reduce the labor intensity of the operator, especially in the cold season, when the diesel engine is difficult to start, it shows great advantages.
- The machine is equipped with a BW-250 mud pump, which has a large flow rate and pressure to ensure the drilling depth and caliber.
Scope of application:
- This drilling rig is a high-speed drilling rig and is suitable for drilling projects such as hydrological water wells, farmland irrigation wells, census exploration, geophysical exploration, road and building exploration, and blasting holes.
- It is also suitable for various concrete structure inspection holes, river embankments, subgrade grouting hole drilling and direct grouting, civil water wells and geothermal central air-conditioning, etc.
- Alloy, diamond and composite drill bits can be selected for drilling according to the bottom layer.
- It can drill sandy clay and rock formations of grade 2-9.
